Velcro Sewn to Reverse Edges
Because many trade show booths are carpeted, low profile velcro can be sewn to the reverse edges of the banner. Push the fabric banner against the walls to create an effective visual display. This is by far the easiest installation.
Eyelets and Reinforced Edges
Eyelets are applied around the edges of the banner to reinforce the banner and allow it to be tied. For reinforcement, webbing is placed inside the hem giving you a triple strength hem.
Strong Straps, Eyelets and Webbing
Webbing adds strength and quality to the vinyl banners. Wind is usually to blame when eyelets rip out of a banner hem, so we recommend strong webbing. We can make it even stronger by adding straps to secure it.
Folded Hems with Sewn Edges
Folded and sewn hems/edges are typically used to reinforce the sides of banners, helping to maintain the banner’s shape and prevent stretching. This is a very versatile finishing and is widely used.
Loop Pockets for Hanging Rods
When a fabric banner needs to be hung from a ceiling, sleeves and rods can be added to the finished banner. These hanging banners are frequently used inside, including trade shows, and shopping centres.
Hemmed, with Eyelets and Ropes
Finishing your banner with ropes and eyelets is ideal for hanging it between poles or on a fence. We use high quality rope into the banner and ensure the edge is reinforced, and then leave extra of rope extending from each corner. We next put eyelets in the corners and around its edges at either 500mm or 1000mm apart.
